Reiki self treatment - kaleidoscope colours

Here is another reiki self treatment, that I want to share with you. This self treatment was filled with really vivid colours and visions. As I have said before, every treatment is different, because I will always feel different coming into this space.

30 minutes

There was heat in one hand while the other was freezing cold.

I saw so many colours, it was like a kaleidoscope pulsing.

I felt like I was in a tunnel, and I could hear myself saying ‘Hello’ and hearing the echo.

It was very vague, but I could see two people in robes, they were either joining hands or shaking hands, it was hard to make them out clearly.

Then there were two arms coming out from me, but they were not mine, but they were suggesting that I be guided to move forward.

Colours of red and blue were swirling together.

Then lots of white light. Then I just remember the bell chiming, rousing me from the meditation.
