I asked my husband the other day what meditations he would like from me, and he said a sleep meditation. My jaw nearly hit the floor as I realised I hadn’t thought to do a sleep one already. I have struggled with sleep for may years, so it seemed glaringly obvious.

Here is a guided meditation to help you fall into a nourishing and deep, natural sleep.
