Reiki self treatment - positivity

After this reiki self treatment, I didn’t write much down, but the messages were so powerful, that I wanted to share this one with you.

There had been repeated colours during my self treatments for a while, of purple and white, this relates to the crown chakra, which is the chakra of enlightenment. When balanced it can represent a connection to our life’s purpose and our spiritual path.

Heat throughout the body is really strong, like the feeling of being in a sauna, where the heat is dry.

Swirling purples and whites, intertwining.

I am drawn to the throat and the Hara (stomach) where I feel a heavy sensation.

Suddenly I am aware that I am crying. Not tears of sadness, more of a release.

I keep hearing words repeat in the distance. Change. Gratitude. Strength. Health.

They make me feel hopeful for things to come.
