Reiki self treatment.

Below is a self treatment entry that I want to share with you. Every treatment is different, some more memorable than others. But this one was so powerful that I can still feel some of the sensations when I think back to it. Before every treatment I ask that I be given healing, and whatever I need for my highest good at this time. This is always my intention. Reiki will do it’s healing, and my intention is to get out of the way and let it happen.

Wow! Started with vivid purples. Felt a ball of heat behind my head, warm and comforting. Suddenly becoming overwhelmed with emotion, and felt a lump in my throat. I felt my face loose all tension, as a smile formed. Then tears flowed. There was an ache in my back, that slowly moved to my chest, I could pin point the pain, then I saw a hot knife tip sear through where the ache was, although not painful, more of a soothing sensation, and pop, the ache released. The feeling of all tension leaving my face happened again. The ache was gone and a feeling of complete release again, followed by more tears. I felt complete awe. And the thought I Am Ready entered my head.
